At this moment our local store is closed due to the lockdown in the Netherlands till 19 januari 2021. Due to the fact we also do an lot of repairs for our customers and the parcel services already are overloaded we have the following solution.
You can bring in repairs or pickup packages at our new servicedesk. The servicedesk is only available with an appointment so we can spread the number of people over the day.
Due to this change it's not possible to add products to your order in the store or ask for explanation in the store it self. For service and questions we advice you to contact us by phone or e-mail. Our servicedesk is only available for pickup and drop off.
If you bring in an repair at the pickup desk please add the receipt (if warranty or wetronic serviceplan) and an short message about what's wrong with the product and your contact information.
For this service it's essential that you make an appointment so we can make sure that there are not to many people waiting. Without an appointment we can not help you.
Also it's not possible to add any item to your pickup. To make sure the most of our products ar still available we activated all the products even the products without images and description. So you can order these online and also see our actual stock.
Our stock is for 99,5% accurate and is an live stock indication.
