Traxxas has not just been putting together a car, they have also been really active in optimizing the aerodynamics of the car for a stable and super fast platform that you can have an extreme amount of fun with.

Speed Belted Tires and Rims

With minimum speeds, of course, there will also be the necessary pressure to stand on the tires and rims of the XO-1 rc car. Traxxas has used special belted tires that remain stable even at high speed so that the car does not become unpredictable. This in combination with the not only super cool rims but also extremely strong, you don't have to worry about the most important part of your car. These tires give you the grip you need to get the performance the XO-1 is capable of out of the car in almost all conditions.

Big Block brushless motor and Mamba Monster ESC

To achieve this performance, this is of course only possible with a large power, because of the collaboration with Castle Creations, an extremely strong big block brushless motor has been chosen in combination with the different Castle Mamba Monster regulator for 6S LiPos. This combo is not only known for its extreme power, but also for its reliability and robustness.

Traxxas Stability Management (TSM)

Of course you cannot just put a lot of power in an RC car and expect that this can also achieve good performance, even with RC cars it is important that the chassis can also lose all this power. With an all-aluminium chassis and Traxxas TSM technology, the XO-1 is able to put all this power on the road. This allows it to accelerate extremely quickly and also reach its absurd top speed of 160 km / h.

All-metal drivetrain

Of course, a strong drivetrain is an absolute must to handle all this power, the light weight aluminum gimbal as it is able to remain stable at high speeds without the moving vibrations that steel shafts often produce. In combination with the steel front and rear diff gears and steel drive shafts to the wheels, the car is able to transfer all this power perfectly to the road and you are always in control.
