Returns within 100 days

Return Policy

At Wetronic we have a very high service standard.
We therefore want to keep you as our customer as satisfied as possible.

That is why we offer you no less than 100 days to change your mind. However, you are only entitled to 14 days' reflection period.
In these 100 days you may view the product and see if it meets all your needs.

From the moment you have filled in the form or indicated by email that you wish to cancel the order.
Please return the product and accessories to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days.

The costs for returning are for your own account, ensure that your shipment is packaged sufficiently and possibly insured against possible damage during transport.

State your RMA number with your shipment so that we can process it properly and also add the delivery note or a copy of it to your return.

When returning the entire order and you address is within the EU we will also refund you any shipping costs paid if you return the items within 14 days.

We will process the refund within 14 days, if we have received your products in good order.
