Since 2006, Wetronic has been a household name among model builders. What started with my own model building hobby has now grown into one of the largest model building stores in the Netherlands. With a stock offering of over 30,000 products, we boast one of the most extensive assortments in the Benelux. In the realm of remote-controlled model trucks, we have been the market leader for many years, not only due to our unique product knowledge but also because we have been actively involved in this unique hobby ourselves.

Where service is still a given!

At our store, you’ll find good old-fashioned service. We take the time for you in-store, but we also perform small repairs and soldering jobs right at the counter. This way, you can immediately get back to enjoying your model without unnecessary waiting for repairs or modifications. We might not have 10 times the same car in stock, but we do ensure that we always have the right parts available so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. Unlike many box-pushers, we also invest in spare parts inventory. Selling a remote-controlled car is something anyone can do, but providing service is often a special craft.

This is our life's motto; we are all active model builders by nature. Therefore, we assist you with a passion for the hobby. This ensures that we really know what we're talking about and can advise you in the store based on personal experience. Alongside big brands like Traxxas, ARRMA, LOSI, Tamiya, and many more, we also carry a lot of exclusive brands such as Furitek, M2C Racing, Lesu, Scaleclub, Scorched, and much more. In this way, we go much further than the average model building store. You will find unique products in our assortment that you won't find anywhere else. In addition to all these brands, we have also developed our own products, which we market under both the WTE and WIMA Models names. By developing our own products, we have grown big and can offer even more specialization than any competitor.

From Wetronic to Custom Projects

Besides selling a vast array of products, we also regularly undertake unique projects for institutions and groups. This ranges from converting an RC car like the ARRMA Kraton 8S into a platform for use as a robotic vehicle to providing a complete package for organizing events to recruit new employees. If you have a unique project that you need help with, do not hesitate to contact us. We have years of experience in converting vehicles, whether they are remote-controlled cars or trucks.
