The new 2022 model is here!
The new Traxxas Wide MAXX 2022 is the successor to the popular Traxxas MAXX.
With this model, Traxxas has listened to the people who have already driven the MAXX, so you no longer have to install a wide kit yourself and it is mounted on the car as standard.
The chassis has also been extended by approximately 3cm so that larger batteries such as the Traxxas 4S 6700mAh can be installed in the model for a longer driving time and the tires have been replaced by the new popular sledgehammer tires.

A car that was already very strong out of the box has now become even stronger and better, making the MAXX an absolute top model with very few weaknesses.
The MAXX has already proven itself as one of the strongest cars on the market and can handle even the toughest challenges you can imagine.

New colors give the MAXX an even thicker appearance!
In addition to all these upgrades, the MAXX is also equipped with new, even bolder colors, which gives the model an even thicker look than it already had.
And of course everything known has remained the same, such as the chassis that has been designed in the same style as its bigger brother the X-MAXX and has therefore proved to be virtually unbreakable.
But the super strong drivetrain and extremely thick shock absorbers have all remained of course.

Little brother of the X-MAXX
The MAXX is therefore the real little brother of the larger X-MAXX and, as little brothers are known, often makes it very difficult for its big brother!
Due to its more compact dimensions, it achieves a higher top speed of no less than 100 km/h, but also in terms of maneuverability it is an absolute small monster.
With the new wide kit installed as standard and sledgehammer tires it even circles around its big brother the X-MAXX.

This car is therefore made for extreme performance through its Velineon brushless setup which is suitable for 4S LiPO batteries and is already equipped with cooling fans as standard.

Our tips:
This car is very strong out of the box and needs few upgrades to make the car really durable and strong.
The only upgrades we recommend to make the car really bulletproof are the steel drive shafts TRX8996X and the associated 17mm aluminum hex adapters TRX8654 with wheel nuts TRX7758.
With these upgrades, the car is so strong that very little breaks even with the biggest and craziest stunts.
