Extreme HD Upgrades

The factory-installed Extreme Heavy Duty drivetrain and suspension components of the Slash ensure a robust platform. With the addition of HD suspension arms - made from Traxxas' toughest composite material - this is the strongest drivetrain ever offered in a 2WD Slash!

Clipless Body

Even big jumps won't dislodge Slash's rugged body. Its mounting system firmly holds the body in place but can be detached in seconds to access the chassis. Slash's clipless system maximizes maintenance convenience and realism by eliminating traditional body clips that would interrupt the body's sleek lines.

Titan 550 Motor

The Slash is powered by the Titan 12T 550 motor, designed for impressive torque, quick acceleration, and maximum power. With its built-in active cooling, the motor stays at the right temperature for endless driving fun.

XL-5 Waterproof ESC

The waterproof XL-5 speed controller effortlessly delivers power to the motor, even under the most challenging conditions. With three different driving profiles, low voltage detection, thermal shutdown protection, and compatibility with NiMH and LiPo batteries, the XL-5 is a versatile and efficient controller. The optional Training Mode limits power to 50%, allowing beginners to safely practice before going full throttle.

4-amp USB-C Fast Charger

With the included 4-amp USB-C fast charger, you can quickly charge your Rustler wherever you are. The Traxxas iD system automatically recognizes the also included Power Cell NiMH battery and optimizes the charging settings for safe and reliable charging.
The battery delivers top-notch performance in terms of power and durability, and the charger ensures safe and easy charging.

TQ 2.4 GHz Transmitter

With the TQ 2.4 GHz transmitter, you can get started right away. Turn it on and go! There are no frequencies to set, just race without interference. The TQ offers long-lasting control with smooth, interference-free operation.

Tires and Wheels

Slash's tires have excellent grip in the sand and break out just enough on asphalt. Their authentic scale ratio and realistic performance add to the racing experience. The tires are mounted on replica short course 2.2-inch wheels.

Oil-Filled Ultra Shocks

The oil-filled Ultra Shocks are well-protected from dirt and provide smooth performance. They are adjustable with a range of oils, springs, and pistons.
The race-tuned springs of the Slash provide more responsive steering and a durable, white powder coating for a striking appearance.

Magnum 272 Transmission

The Magnum 272 transmission has metal gears for maximum wear resistance and is already suitable for brushless power without expensive upgrades. The differential also features hardened steel gears and requires virtually no maintenance, offering maximum traction.
