This electric R/C assembly kit faithfully replicates the iconic 4WD Toyota Hilux Pick-Up (RN36), renowned for its widespread popularity in the 1980s in both the US and Japan, and still cherished by enthusiasts today. Emulating the ladder frame structure of the original vehicle, it boasts a Type 540 motor, a 3-speed transmission, and an array of metal components that elevate its realism to a remarkable level. Its live axle suspension incorporates durable metal axle housings, leaf springs, and oil dampers, while a robust metal front under guard equips the model to conquer challenging off-road terrains. The meticulously detailed injection-molded body, coupled with substantial 123mm diameter tires, imparts a striking high-lift aesthetic to the model.

About the Toyota Bruiser: 
The third generation of the Toyota Bruiser known as the 30/40 Series, debuted in 1978. The striking RN36 model was specifically developed for the international market. Featuring a streamlined, lightweight body and a powerful 98hp 1,968cc 4-cylinder gasoline engine, this pickup delivered impressive performance. Its robust live axle suspension with front leaf spring shackles positioned towards the rear offered excellent off-road capabilities, ensuring sufficient approach and departure angles. The broad front and rear fenders, along with large tires, gave the truck an imposing and powerful appearance.
