This is a re-release of the iconic Egress 4WD off-road race buggy. The Egress first appeared in 1989 as a follow-up to the Avante kit, which had a massive fan following. The original Egress was packed with numerous special racing components. This Egress (2013) builds upon the original racing legend, incorporating modern parts to bring it in line with the latest battery and motor technologies available in today's hobby market.

Central Shaft 4WD!

This central shaft 4WD chassis features a longitudinally positioned motor and is fully equipped with ball bearings, while the carbon fiber upper and lower decks ensure unrivaled rigidity. Redesigned front and rear differentials provide excellent reliability and easy maintenance, working in conjunction with the built-in center one-way bearing to provide confident forward motion. The one-way bearing is lockable as a setup option. Universal driveshafts utilize the same design as those found in the current TRF series components, maximizing power transmission and minimizing wear and tear. The double wishbone suspension is supported by four oil dampers equipped with aluminum cylinders, while stabilizers at the front and rear enhance cornering performance. Aluminum front wheel hubs offer exceptional reliability, and ball bearings in the steering arms, along with a 2mm-thick carbon fiber plate, deliver linear steering response.
