Overview

The Axial design team had two priorities when developing the SCX30 platform: compact size and high-performance capabilities. The SCX30 Jeep Wrangler JLU proves both goals have been achieved. At 1/30 scale, the Jeep JLU is perfect for crawling on a desktop or over outdoor terrain with rocks and mud.

The high-performance chassis features an angled skid plate that helps slide easily over challenging obstacles - a feature normally only found on competition crawlers. Raised axle housings and high clearance links help prevent dragging and getting stuck, while the forward weight distribution improves climbing stability.

The transmission is easily accessible for maintenance and tuning. Optional gears available for the SCX24 are compatible for different gear ratios.

The detailed ABS hard body delivers amazing scale realism for its compact size. An authentic recreation of the full-size 4-door Unlimited truck, the SCX30 Jeep Wrangler JLU body is complemented by front and rear LED lighting and officially licensed Yokohama Geolandar X-MT tires on Black Rhino Atlas wheels.

The soft compound tires with foam inserts provide all the traction needed for outdoor action on rocks and mud or for crawling over a desk, table or cluttered floor. Turn any space into your personal Rubicon trail!

The clipless body mounting system enables quick, easy access to the chassis for battery replacement and general maintenance. Molded overland accessories and an extra comp fender set are included for body customizing.

The low-mounted Spektrum electronics improve the center of gravity. The ready-to-run package comes complete with a powerful Spektrum 2S LiPo battery and 0.5A USB-C charger for fast, easy and safe charging.

The included Spektrum SLT2 transmitter features a throttle limiting function that can limit maximum speed to 50% or 75% until you're ready for full power. Four AA batteries are included.
